Refund Policy
Last updated: July 15, 2026
We want trying Evenbatch to be risk-free. This policy explains how the free trial, refunds, and cancellation work for the Evenbatch subscription ($49.99 per month).
1. 14-day free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No payment method is required to start the trial, so you are never charged unless you decide to subscribe.
2. Full refund within 14 days of your first charge
If you subscribe and Evenbatch is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund that charge in full — no questions, no hoops. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record, Paddle, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. After the first 14 days
- Renewal charges for subsequent months are generally not refundable, and we do not prorate partial months.
- Instead, you can cancel at any time and keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
- If you believe you were charged in error (for example, after cancelling), contact us and we will make it right.
- Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app, with one click and no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data remains exportable as CSV, free, before and after cancellation.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@evenbatch.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Refund request". Include the approximate date of the charge. We respond within 2 business days.
